Shipping policy

We currently ship from Australia using Australia Post.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Customised items and bundles may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to ship promptly.

 

Where We Ship

At this time, we ship within Australia and internationally to:
New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

International shipping times and prices may vary depending on location and customs processing.

We hope to expand to more locations in the future. If you're outside these regions and interested in ordering, feel free to reach out.

 

Australian Shipping

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Untracked Standard

  • A cheaper option sent via standard letter mail

  • Does not include tracking

  • Once dispatched, we’re unable to track or locate the order

  • We take images of each letter sent as proof of dispatch

  • No refunds will be processed if the letter gets lost by Australia Post

Tracked Standard

  • Includes tracking via Australia Post

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched

Both shipping options are sent as letters, we highly recommend keeping a lookout for your order in your letterbox.

Delivery times within Australia typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on your location.


International Shipping

We currently ship internationally and offer:

Tracked International Shipping

  • Includes tracking

  • Safer for international orders

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or delays determined by your local postal service. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Second Print's shipping rates DO NOT take into account any duties, taxes, tariff's or charges associated with the destination countries' customs requirements. International customers will have to pay any of these extra fees.


Lost or Delayed Orders

  • For untracked shipping, we’re unable to replace or refund orders lost in transit.

  • For tracked shipping, please contact us if your order appears delayed or lost and we’ll assist where possible.
